I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of their relationships.
I’ve coached individuals at work in the private and public sector and currently coach at a Russell Group University. During this time I’ve come to understand the important role our relationships play in our overall wellbeing and life satisfaction. Our connections have a profound impact on our lives.
Through coaching, I work with individuals to build healthier, more fulfilling and authentic connections.
I have a background in psychology and professional training in mindfulness, counselling and coaching. In addition, I bring my own unique experience of relationships as a partner, parent, carer, colleague, friend and family member.

As a carer and a single parent, I understand the challenges of maintaining quality relationships, whilst trying to balance work and other responsibilities.
